Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.

Can I return a jersey?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Products must be new, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.

Yes, all our jerseys are lined with the same fabric, for better coverage, a soft feel and optimal comfort.

Where do your jerseys come from?
Designed in France
Made in Portugal in a small, family-run workshop.
We prioritize high-end materials and quality craftsmanship.

Are the rings resistant to salt water and chlorine?
Yes, they are made of gold-plated stainless steel, designed to withstand chlorine, seawater and sunlight.

How do I care for my swimsuit?

Sunscreens, oils and self-tanners can damage fabrics or leave difficult-to-remove marks.
To preserve your Seashell swimsuit for as long as possible:

• Apply the cream at least 15 minutes before putting on your swimsuit
• Avoid very greasy sunscreens.
• Rinse your swimsuit gently in clean, cold water.
• Don't leave it wet at the bottom of a bag
• Hand wash only, cold, no wringing
• Dry it away from direct sunlight
• Do not wash it in a washing machine with harmful products.
• Avoid prolonged contact with rough surfaces (swimming pools, rocks, etc.)

These actions prolong the life of the jersey and preserve its elasticity and colors.

Are your swimsuits eco-friendly?
Yes, at Seashell, we prioritize responsible production with a reduced impact:

• Small-batch production to avoid overproduction
• Locally manufactured in Europe → less transport, more quality control
• A human-scale workshop, concerned about the well-being of the seamstresses
• High-quality materials designed to last for several seasons
• No low-quality synthetic lining → lining made of the same fabric, long lifespan
• Swimsuits designed from high-quality Italian fabrics and 100% OEKO TEX and ECONYL.

What should I do if my jersey has a defect?
We are sorry and are doing everything we can to offer you the best quality. Each jersey is entirely handmade by expert seamstresses in our workshop in Portugal.

This artisanal know-how guarantees a high-quality jersey, but can sometimes lead to slight human errors.
Contact us with a photo of the defect, your order number and the purchase date.
Depending on the situation, we will propose:

• a repair,
• an exchange subject to available stock or
• a refund

My item is too small or too big, can I exchange it?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and with the tag intact.

Are return shipping costs covered?

If the return is due to a sizing error → return shipping costs are your responsibility

If the product is defective or does not conform to the order → costs will be covered by Seashell
